Cost Effective Recipies (continued) ......Irish Stew

1. 1 qt. of water
2. 3 tsp. beef bouillon
3. 4 medium potatoes (roughly chopped)
4. 1 large onion (roughly chopped)
5. frozen prepackaged meatballs (fully cooked) 
6. Combine first  4 ingredients in a crock pot (high setting) cook until potatoes are tender and onions appear clear, adding water as needed. Add meatballs (as many as desired)*meatballs should be kept frozen until added to recipe, cook until meatballs are heated through, add bouillon to taste if needed.
